It has been noted that companies first launch a larger flagship smartphone with high-end specs and later release a smaller version with some inferior features. Many companies are following this trend as the large screen size of flagship smartphones is not everyone’s choice. According to recently released information on the online world, the purported LG G3 Mini is likely to be equipped with smaller screen size and low specifications and features compared to its predecessor. The newly-leaked information has revealed that the smartphone will be equipped with a not-so-mini 5-inch IPS display having an HD resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. It would be powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor under the hood, clocked at 1.2GHz and paired with 2GB of RAM. Additionally, the LG G3 Mini or Beat would have 16GB of internal storage capacity, an 8MP rear camera, dual SIM support, a 2,500mAh battery and Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box. The upcoming LG G3 Mini is likely to be initially launched in China with a price tag of nearly USD400. Also read:
