Samsung plans to launch a black edition of the Samsung Galaxy S4 and the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini that could feature a back cover. The latter might be made from faux leather in jet black. This reminds us of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3. Prior to such possibility, the S4 Mini smartphones were only available in the White Frost and Black Mist versions. The new variant was listed on the Russian Samsung website and did not have any price or product specifications. There could be a global launch soon while the Russian price stands at 23,000 roubles for the Galaxy S4 and 16,000 roubles for the Galaxy S4 Mini. The redesigned phone with a back panel will reduce fingerprints and enhance the grip. However, the sad part is that the rest of the specifications–both internal and external—will see no changes. Meanwhile, as the Samsung S4 Mini gets a new revamped look, we are eagerly awaiting the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S5 beefed up with a QHD display and fingerprint scanner.
