People will not have to wait for hours to fully charge their devices. Also, the best part of these USB-C cables would be that people owning more power-hungry devices may not need proprietary chargers that are much larger, and bulkier. They will eventually use USB-C for charging their devices including smartphones and gaming laptops.

The new USB-C cables could be versatile

Club 3D is offering three cables for now which can turn out to be quite versatile. All three cables have the potential to deliver 240W of power.

CAC-1573

The CAC-1573, being the first one appears to be the entry-level model. It offers USB 2.0 data transfer speeds at 480 Mbps only. The cable has no video output support.

CAC-1575

The CAC-1575 is a step ahead of the CAC-1573. It offers USB 4 speeds of up to 20Gbps. Along with this, it offers support for 4K at 60Hz video.

CAC-1576

CAC-1576 is the high-end cable among the two mentioned above.  It offers USB 4 speeds of up to 40Gbps, and also support 8K video at 60Hz. The other two cables: CAC-1573 and CAC-1575 are two meters in length, while the CAC-1756 is only one meter in length. The short cable could be an advantage to some and a disadvantage to others. There is yet no information revealed about the price of the cables and when these cables will be available for purchase in the market. However, do note, that you will need to buy a new charger to use these cables as Tom’s Hardware points out that the Club 3D for now only has one charger that supports only up to 132W of power.
